ICPC Report

I worked with my client, the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), to create an effective social media strategy for their company. I had to focus on highlighting contestants, staff, and sponsors. To achieve these goals I used data collected from the ICPC’s Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube data. I used Adobe Excel to examine the data and make conclusions from the findings. Some challenges I faced were honing in on which data was the most important because there was a lot of messy and excessive social media data. I resolved these challenges by using pivot tables in Excel to make sure I was pulling the most important data to include in the social media strategy.
